All products sold by Apexlink Peptides are strictly intended for laboratory research purposes only. They are not for human or veterinary use, medical diagnosis, treatment, or consumption.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

If there is a delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.

Domestic Shipping (UK)

We currently offer the following shipping methods:

Standard Shipping (UK)

• Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days

• Shipping cost: £4.99 (Free for orders over £50)

Express Shipping (UK)

• Estimated delivery: 1 business day

• Shipping cost: £9.99

International Shipping

We offer international shipping where legally permitted. However, it is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that the importation of our products is legal in their country or region.

By placing an order on our website, you confirm and agree that:

• You are responsible for checking your local laws, customs regulations, and import restrictions before ordering.

• You acknowledge that all products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only and are not for human or veterinary consumption.

• You accept all responsibility for customs clearance, import duties, and compliance with your local authorities.

Delivery Time:

• Typically 5–10 business days, depending on destination.

Shipping Cost:

• Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Please note:
International orders may experience delays due to customs processing, which are beyond our control.

We cannot be held responsible for any shipments seized or delayed by import customs and will endeavour to avoid shipping to countries where we expect this to be an issue.

International Order Refund Policy

If an international order does not arrive:

• We will refund 50% of the order value, OR

• Upon request, we will resend the order once only.

In the event of any further issues after reshipment, we do not attempt to ship again and no further refunds will be issued.

Once an order leaves our facility, the risk of import lies entirely with the buyer.

Shipping Restrictions

Age Verification

To comply with regulations, all orders are subject to age verification. We only ship to customers who meet the legal age requirement (18 or 21, depending on your location). Proof of age may be required.

Restricted Areas

We are unable to ship to certain locations due to legal restrictions on research peptides. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you directly.

Packaging

All orders are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery. We use discreet packaging to maintain customer privacy.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipping notification. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier and provide a replacement if applicable.

Please note:

• If an order is delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or

• If the package is marked as delivered and then lost,

We are unable to offer a refund or replacement.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Apexlink Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by postal disruptions, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
