Refund policy

At ApexLink Peptides we are committed to supplying high quality research products. Because of the nature of what we sell, some conditions apply to returns. Please read this policy before ordering.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items you can return

Unopened items. If you change your mind, you may return any item that is unopened, unused and still in its original sealed condition, with all packaging and labelling intact.

Damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged in transit, or we supplied the wrong product, we will replace it or refund it in full.

Items we cannot accept

For safety and product integrity reasons we cannot accept returns of:

• Items that have been opened, unsealed, used or reconstituted
• Items that have been stored outside the conditions stated on the product page
• Items showing signs of tampering
• Items returned without prior approval from us

How to return an item

Email us at Support@apexlinkpeptides.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will confirm approval and provide the return address. Please do not send anything back before you have that approval, as unapproved returns cannot be processed.

Return postage

• Change of mind: the customer covers return postage.
• Damaged or incorrect items: we cover the cost and will provide a prepaid label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a legal right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
