  3. Retain all original packaging

  • Exposure to heat or freezing during customer handling
  • Degradation due to delay in retrieval from courier

Customers are responsible for ensuring appropriate storage immediately upon delivery.

  • Expectations of performance
  • Misuse of products

8. Legal Compliance
